Apun Ghar Home Loan Scheme for Assam Govt. Employees

Apun Ghar is a new home loan scheme for Assam Government employees under which home loans will be provided to the state govt employees at subsidised interest rates. The Assam government has signed a MoU with the state bank of India to provide home loans at hugely subsidised interest rates to its employees.

Apun Ghar Home Loan Scheme – Introduction

Under the Apun Ghar scheme, the state government would provide housing loans at a subsidised rate of 5% for its women employees and 5.5% for men employees. The credit would be given without and collateral security and processing fee. The primary objective of Apun Ghar housing loan scheme is to provide housing to all state residents. Though, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is also running in all the towns and cities of the state under which loans at subsidised rates are provided.

Under the Apun Ghar scheme, the state government employees can avail a loan of up to Rs 15 Lakh for with an interest subsidy of 3.5%. The subsidy on interest rates would benefit state government employees regarding lower interest rates and lower EMI’s.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (General).

Online applications are invited through a recruitment notification for dynamic individuals to join its highly competent workforce as Officers in Grade ‘B'(General) Direct Recruitment – (DR) to be positioned at its Branches/Offices located across India.

Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made by their marks obtained in computer based online test (Phase I), Online+Descriptive (Phase-II) which will be followed by Interview.

Number of attempts: Candidates belonging to Unreserved i.e. General Category, who had already appeared Six times for Phase-I Examination for this post in the past, are not eligible to apply. No such restriction applies to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD if the posts are reserved for them.

Appointment & Emoluments: Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35,150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400.

The candidates who have failed in Andhra Pradesh SSC – March 2017 examinations can apply for the supplementary examinations to be held June 2017 for which schedule will be released by the School Education Department of Government of AP.
